PUG 2017 has just been held at the Sundvolden Hotel in Norway. Thanks to all participants for sharing their knowledge and contributing to a lot of networking and fun. The two-day program included presentations and round-table discussions on topics like setting up service catalogs in the Self Service Portal, as well as setting up landing pages for it, customized case windows, the Project & Change Management module, Knowledge Management, Enterprise Service Management and mail distribution from POB and a whole lot more. Furthermore, the conference participants competed in a geoQuestor event and discussed various issues at the yearly General Assembly.
