Scandinavian PUG 2022 is Postponed

Due to a general concern about the spread of the Corona virus and uncertainty about possible restrictions being imposed, and a low number of people registering – maybe for the same reasons – the PUG board has felt compelled to postpone the conference. We are looking at having the conference on September 13th-14th.

We will be back with more information about the new dates later.

Webinar on Service Level Management

The January webinar to be held on Wednesday the 26th will focus on the  functionality in Service Level Management and touch upon topics like prioritizing SLAs and OLAs built within the Service Desk, and showing ways the Service Level Management module extends what can be done in the Service Desk Management module.

In 2022 we will hold our webinars on the last Wednesday in a month – and in the first months of the year the webinars will be looking into module-specific functionality. In February, the focus will be on the functionality in the Project & Change Management module.
