Filter on "Solved by User"

    How do filter to show tickets solved by a specific User or Group?

    We have an easy way and use the parameter on the Case Type: If the case status changes to Solved, the Responsible changes automatically. But if the case changes to “Closed”, not. So if a case is solved or closed, the Responsible is automatically the one who solved it.

    Another way: Create a virtual column + a data action that is triggered when the solved date is increased (that will also catch the direct closure), and set that column = [PU].

    For reports, you can also use a history action and query the respective line from the History table. If a case gets solved multiple times, you would have all “resolvers” instead of only the last one.
