The dates have now been set for the POB User Group Conference in Utah – May 4-8, 2015. The Customer-Partner Conference will be hosted at the Swiss-inspired Zermatt Resort, a luxurious and exquisite chalet nestled in Utah’s Wasatch Mountains.

Inspirational PUG Theme Day

Yesterday, Danish municipality, Vejle Kommune, hosted a PUG theme day for some 20 POB users that met to discuss the incident process and hear how specific organizations had set up their processes supported by POB. The meeting was a great success with a lot of networking and mutual inspiration among the participants. Wendia rounded off the day by presenting the main focus areas for the coming 1.6 release and answering questions from the audience.

Push the Button at the 2015 PUG Conference in Scandinavia

Mark your calendars for the Scandinavian PUG 2015 Conference that will be held on March 24-25.  The PUG board is happy to invite you to the wonderful Bergendal Meetings, in Sollentuna, Sweden. Bergendal is beautifully located overlooking the Edsviken bay — a world apart, yet only 20 minutes away from Stockholm and Arlanda Airport. The manor house at Bergendal merges with modern architecture, creating a contrasting environment which is well suited for inspirational and efficient meetings.

The theme for the conference is “Automation – Push the Button”. Here you will be inspired to get more out of the many automation possibilities available in POB G6, as presentations and workshops take you around integrations, workflows, self service portals, reporting, xaml coding and much more.

New Host for the November PUG Theme Day (Denmark)

The PUG Theme Day to be held in Denmark on 18 November will  be hosted by Vejle municipality.

The theme for the day in still the Incident Process – and Danish-speaking POB users are invited to join us for a day of user presentations by Alm. Brand and Holstebro municipality, news from Wendia on the coming functionality and plenty of networking opportunities.

Invitations will be sent out next week.

POB G6 Admin Traning coming up (Munich, Germany)

On 3-5 November Wendia Germany will hold an open POB System Administrator Training in Munich.

The training will be covering classic POB installation and configuration topics as well as sessions dedicated to special POB features like the chat functionality and the Self Service Portal.
