Wendia Denmark has sent out invites for two training sessions in June to be held at Wendia Denmark’s offices in Jystrup: a 2-days basic admin training on June 6th-7th, followed by a 2-days advanced admin training on June 8th-9th. On May 25th, Guldborgsund municipality will be hosting the spring PUG theme day in Denmark. Join us to find out more about self service options and your users’ web-based access to your service organization, as user presentations will take us through their use of the POB Self Service Portal and the POB WEB. As usual, there will be ample of opportunity to network with other users and consult with Wendia’s consultants.

A user forum for Norwegian-speaking POB users is being established with the aim to facilitate communication and the exchange of knowledge among users. As many of the Norwegian POB users are located in Oslo, this first meeting will be hosted by Oslo-based Statsbygg on April 27, 2016, at 13:00.

The prelimenary agenda for the half-day meeting is as follows:

• What do we hope to achieve by having this forum?
• How often should we meet?
• Not everyone can easily come to Oslo, how do we best include all?
• How do we best communicate between meetings?
• Any special requests for topics? – if yes, please send out your suggestion via mail to all beforehand, so that people have a chance to prepare
• Misc.

“Are you ready for Change?” POB User Group are looking forward to welcoming POB users to their 18th annual PUG Conference in Scandinavia. The Conference will be hosted at the Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center in Copenhagen, Denmark, on 15-16 March 2016.

The 2-day conference offers user presentations, round-table discussions, surprise social activity including dinner, PUG general assembly and latest news from Wendia about the development of POB – and, as always, ample opportunity of networking.

The date has been set for this year’s spring theme day for Danish-speaking POB users. The theme day will be hosted by Guldborgsund municipality on Wednesday, May 25th. Invitations will be sent out during March-April.
